Day 35 Krishnamacharya Pranayama Session #4
Note
In this pranayama session we see for the first time - Dharana on several point.
In #2 and #5 we direct the gaze from mula to kantha on the inhalation. In the exhalation the concentration point is kantha, dharana on a single point.
Sribhashyam stresses that dharana is executed without moving the position of the head in an asana, mudra or pranayama. Dharana is practiced by directing the eyes to the concentration point and not by imagining the point.
